4-H Summer Camp
2025 Camp Dates May 27th-May 30th
Hart County will be attending 4-H Summer Camp May 27th- May 30th in Dawson Springs, Kentucky at West Kentucky 4-H Camp.
Camp is open to youth who are ages 9-14. Youth must be 9 years old before the first day of camp. Youth who have finished 3rd grade and will be entering 4th grade in Fall of 2025 may also attend.
The office will begin accepting camp applications on January 16th. Camp spots will be first come first serve. The deadline to sign up is Monday, April 14th.
For camp spots to be held a completed application with a non-refundable $25 deposit must be turned into the office. Reservations over the phone, via e-mail or with incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Camp price is $325 per camper.
Teen Leaders (16-17): The price for teen leaders is $163.
Camp balance must be paid in full by May 1st.
Applications for 4-H Camp are available online or may be picked up at the office.
Scholarship applications are due by Monday, March 24th.
Camp Orientation
Youth are required to attend a camp orientation session with a parent or guardian. Youth who do not attend will not be allowed to attend camp.

To sign up you must turn in:
Completed application packet with signatures.
___ NEW – Recent photo of your child- at least 2x 3 inches (School wallet size photos are great!)
___$25 non-refundable deposit
___Plan to attend a camp orientation. Youth & a parent/guardian are required to attend one of the four camp orientations. I understand that youth will not be allowed to attend camp if they do not attend.

Kentucky 4-H Camping is a non-profit, self-sustaining entity with operating revenues generated from summer camping programs, environmental camping programs, extension sponsored events, camp sponsored events, and non-extension user rentals. Kentucky 4-H Camping owns/leases and operates four camping locations serving 25,000 guests annually.
