1.    This event is open to all Hart County 4-H Youth ages 9-18 as of January 1, 2023.  Monetary prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
2.    Cloverseed/Cloverbud Divisions: All 4-H Youth ages 8 and under as of January 1, 2023 will enter this division.  One champion will be named and will receive a non-monetary prize and sponsored by Hart County 4-H council.
